In a world teeming with dungeons and monsters, not everyone is brave enough to assume the life of an adventurer. And Peter is no exception. For as long as he cared to remember, Peter had been the lowly apprentice to a modest smithy of fair repute. But one fateful day, when disaster rears its ugly head, Peter is forced to flee his home. On the verge of collapse, Peter finds sanctuary in the last place he could have ever imagined possible. However, there's little time to stop and rest, for every day at the magic tavern is a challenge of its own. If Peter means to return home again, he must learn to use what skills he has to offer, and put his trust in the tavern's loyal crew. Easier said than done when they're all fairies!
Dancing lights, uplifting music, the sweet smell of honey, and the warm beckons of a door... the door to Arzhel's Magic Tavern awaits.
Authors' Note. This is a relatively slow work, which is heavily geared towards "slice of life" tropes that deal with internal character conflict/resolution. For better or worse, you can expect a fairly modest story. Point of view may change with varying frequency, with minimal time-skipping between chapters.
