The year is 2030.

Earth is dying.

Nuclear Wars, man-made plagues, overwhelming pollution, species going extinct and the list goes on.

Our planet is tired and she has almost given up on the so called Homosapiens and their senseless path to destruction alongside her and every sentient being.

So she unleashes a hum, one that is heard around the world and with it, civilization ends. Those who have survived, wished they were dead because the dead didn't have to live what came after. Chaos ruled as per the prophesied stories foretold by religious zealots aroind the world.

Thus the terrifying tiles such as the Breaking, the Rapture, the Malhama, Jormungand, etc..

After all, every city or densely populated area had been hit with natural disasters encompassing Tsunami's, Earthquakes, Firestorms, Typhoons and hurricanes. Power, food, fuel. All of it gone and what came after was worse as humans did what humans do best.

Yet the eminent destruction of the 21st century re-opened a veil which was mainaintened by the planet and it had kept the world safe from hidden dangers or maybe it was the other way around..

In this story, our Protagonist rises from the ashes of the apocalypse, a child soldier nurtured by tragedy and death looking for something to fill the void in his heart and in his a hand he held a blade with immense possibilities.

Notes about the Author:

- Non-Native English Speaker yet fluent to a certain extent.

- Avid reader starting from Animorphs, LOTR, WOT, Caine's Law and many more that I can't recall.

- The agenda is to become a full-time author and yes this is my first web novel.

- Contains elements of Litrpg and hopefully cultivation,

- Will be open to donations and support once this starts rolling and will put in more submissions depending on popular demand.

- Last but not least, I am open to criticism. Hopefully, I can handle it...
