On a certain evening, a man's phone rang which called for business. The owner of the phone? Albert Chorole. It was also in that evening that he went to the caller's location: an agency named NAPOLEON, the Special Cases Division. Their division takes on requests from other government agencies. From the briefing that he received, he learned that there are drugs lurking in Cavite. Little did he know, he would be tangled in a mess that might ruin the Philippines' reputation.
