Betrothed to the soon-to-be queen, Aeacus goes on a journey to find the secrets of immortality for the king, whom has fallen violently ill by a plague of an unknown origin.

Failing in his quest he is confronted by the matriarch of the forsaken kingdom, Susano'O, the god of void. Forced into a contract he embarks on a quest to slay Thanatos and bring the world to balance.
