One of the lower class does not have the right to choose their own fate. They were born into it. Where most simply wish to keep the status quo, there exist some who aspire to be something greater. Those who succeed are passed down in stories as heroes of legends.

To Adrian, these stories and aspirations are utterly absurd and unrealistic. These stories are largely exaggerated in order to garner attention. Worse yet, you'd have likely died by the time your fame spread. The idea of gaining fame and glory by doing good deeds is a mere hoax! The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. That is Adrian's belief.
