<p>In the beginning, humans screwed up the world. Sure, they caused the extinction of 95% of the life across the globe, and they destroyed the perfect balance of the planet's climate. However, these things were just the tip of the iceberg of things humans did to ruin their world.</p> <p>The final bit, the part which forced the higher powers to end the Earth was more complicated and more fundamental to the human condition. This is the story of the aftermath of the end of the Earth, and what happened next.</p> <p>---</p> <p>I'm a slow updater, but this story once I get a bit further is supposed to be a shared world, I designed it for a D&D campaign, then modified it, then gave up trying to run a D&D campaign in a Covid world. Still, as I go I will introduce characters and locations. I will post a few maps of the solar system, as it's cool, and based on D&D rules. -- Note since I'm using 5th Edition D&D and using actual character sheets stored on DnDbeyond the few times I do give a character sheet in the story it will be fairly large, however, unlike in the typical LitRPG, I'm not planning on showing the MC's updates every chapter, as that's not how D&D works. I will, however, update the Glossary page as needed. And I also plan on updating the DnDBeyond sheets so check on the links in the glossary.</p>
