<p>Legend speaks that a roaring force of insatiable abyss lies beneath the peaceful overworld. Named the Rift after its chasm-like entrances, this unexplored void has consumed the underneath for eons. What had seemed just a myth crawled out of unreality in the form of eldritch creatures.</p> <p>Reborn as a half-blood, mankind rejected the boy and hunted him down. Now, forced into the depths of the Rift, he had to live in a world run by monsters as a newborn. Surviving, however, wasn't his only difficulty as he soon had to decide whether he would save the people who banished him or simply idle as the Rift engulfed all life.</p> <p>Here are a couple of things to expect:</p> <p>Lots of action and exploration!</p> <p>Diverse and refreshing creatures; There are good and evil.</p> <p>Satisfying progression and coming of age.</p> <p>The protagonist stands out but isn't overpowered. And despite what the tags and cover suggest, he isn't excessively edgy.</p> <p>There are some litRPG elements, but it's not a determinant factor. The fights are decided through one's combat skill and experience and not stat-checking.</p> <p>Oh, and some other info:</p> <p>There is some gore, but the story isn't centered around it, nor is there profanity.</p> <p>Occasionally, there will be images of the scenery and landscape.</p> <p>All the chapters will be longer than 1,5k words (except special chapters).</p>
