After the destruction of their planet by the brutal Freeman race, the Soynite species must get their revenge and revive their home world.

(UNDERGOING HEAVY EDITING. DON'T POST NEW REVIEWS. I SUGGEST NOT READING 33 UNTIL THE EDITING IS FINISHED. To any old readers of 33, a reread will be necessary when the rewrite is finished. I have an outline for the future chapters, and all of the major plot points of 33 are planned out. Including character deaths, battles, etc. I already know the ending. The outline doesn't include everything that will happen in each chapter, though. Now I just have to actually finish this rewrite and then the novel itself. I make an update on the rewrite once a week. Check below for the current one. Planned word count for 33: two million words. Previously 5M words. And before that, it was 20M.

JULY 14, 2024 EARLY UPDATE: Not long ago, I made an early update and put it here. Shortly after that, I believed that I should still try to get 33 to five million words, and then I deleted that early update. Now, after pondering on if 33 should still have a planned word count of 5M or not, I think I should lower the planned word count. 33 now has a planned word count of two million words. Progress on 33 moves too slowly, and I want to finish this thing before I'm unable to. Dying before I can do that scares me. Plus, 33 isn't a flawless work. And there are grammar errors I won't be fixing. There are things I wish I had done with it. My old web serials aren't works I'm proud of. I hate them. 33 is a story of mine that can still be important to me. That's why this rewrite is necessary, and so is the 2M word count plan. Every story needs a beginning, middle, and end. 33 is no different. If the planned word count is 2M words, I have a higher chance of completing it than if the planned word count was 5M words. I no longer believe that 33 is worthy of being the longest story on Royal Road. I'm getting a better grasp of grammar, and I've gotten better at recognizing clunky writing, but all of that happened while I was writing 33. I'm still writing 33. One day, after I finish this novel, I want to write a new web serial, and have that one be 5M words long. I'll write it in secret, telling absolutely no one about it, and I will complete it first before publishing the first chapter. That's the new plan. I want that future web serial of mine to be flawless. I'm not sure what it will be about, but I have come up with an idea for a new web serial. And that was a miracle, considering I have a difficult time cooking up new ideas for writing projects. That future web serial will be longer and better than 33 will ever be. My goal is to write a web serial, and then have that one be better than the previous one. Hence the serial I write after 33 is done will need to be better than 33. Honestly, writing 33 is stressful. A 2M word novel is still long, but definitely doable for me. I can write two million words. I've already written one serial that was half that size, which was Redouln Rising, the spiritual successor of 33. I can only hope that 33 will still get popular, despite the new planned word count being lower. Does anyone recall how the initial planned word count of 33 was 20 million words? I can't believe I genuinely believed I could write that many words. I'm not even sure if I'll go through with the 5M word web serial plan in the future. What I know is that the new plan is to get 33 a word count of two million words, and then completing it when it reaches that count. The outline of the future chapters will have to be changed, for sure. The first section, the first one million words of the future chapters, is all planned out. I'll have to do some tightening. What I planned to be one-fifth of 33 is now going to be one half of it. It looks like I'll have to keep the original outline saved, so I won't forget anything that I have planned in the future of 33, and then I'll have to make a new section. In short, I'll have two sections of the outline. Right now, the outline is split into twenty word documents, because of the original 20M plan. I was never able to make a new outline when the 5M word plan was still happening. Now 33 will be 2M words. I have to delete a lot of planned plot points. Still, the ending will remain the same. There will be a lot of shortening, though. I had a certain battle planned, and it looks like it won't be happening. A lot I had planned for 33 won't be happening. I'm disappointed 33 won't be 5M words long, but there are advantages to this new plan. Like the fact I'll be less stressed now that I don't have to do too much writing(two million words is still a lot, though). I do feel like this new planned word count is a good thing. 33 won't be 5M word, but there are still stories I can write in the future. One of them might be completed at five million words. For now, 33 is my main focus. This rewrite will need to get finished, and then I'll have to write the remainder of this novel. Thanks for believing in me. Have a great day, dear reader. I'm going to keep this update up for a while, so I don't have to repeat myself on Wednesday.
