<p>What is the meaning of living hundreds of lives?</p> <p>For a curse or a hope? Murai doubts it has any meaning other than an endless torment. He has no choice or voice to give when he keeps dying and reincarnating. It is like another pebble tossed to the mountain of others.</p> <p>Another death is another start that poses nothing but a round for more lives. A new world is around the corner again. Hopefully, it will survive him.</p> <p>Feeling his body, he has no hands, nor does he feel the comfort of proper legs. He has wings, a strange beak, and little or no height. His New Beginning is a duck, for whatever reason.</p> <p>Considering his Cursed Living and many breathing and non-breathing experiences, it isn't the weirdest, so he shall see what his tiny legs can do, and what his mighty wings or beak can smack. Perhaps some God? The one who cursed him with this duck?</p> <p>He doubts he will like what it entails, but he likes that idea. The world and its Gods do not, but first, he must eat and fight for his life because the world wants his little life.</p> <p>It is nothing abnormal, he assumes as nothing is normal in his lives. A strange voice bothers him, mentioning some levels, attributes, abilities, and some unreasonable demands he doesn't want. It is yet another messed up life.</p> <p>Salvation lost meaning to him, but not that sweet act of revenge. A desire to look for that single chance. A reason for his everything.</p> <p>He has the memories of many lives, hoping to solve the Curse of his endless living. Be it as a powerful individual of humanoid races, or a follower of even stranger fates, the End doesn't make sense to him, but a duck doesn't make sense either.</p> <p>Enough of that.</p> <p>The world shall be a witness to his life as a duck. All shall witness his rise.</p> <p>What can you expect from this novel that sounds ridiculous, as a duck sounds?</p> <p>A rather stoic, slow, and long survival adventure through a high fantasy world with a non-human MC. Fighting for one's life is a theme, no romance or harem is a rule, softer litrpg elements are no crunch, so levels, grades, and attributes act for growth, and boosts and blessings are neat tricks. Some numbers go up for sure, but it isn't that crunchy. There are some Xianxia and Progression Fantasy elements, acting like magic, techniques, swordsmanship, and fighting. Cultivation, magic, and some mix of other things add flavors.</p> <p>Murai is a numerous-time reincarnator so expect some shenanigans, and slow discovery about his living. I wouldn't necessarily call him OP. Sometimes he is, while other times not so much. His power and style are the magic and the physical capabilities of a duck.</p> <p>This will be a very long series, with 1st drafts in November 2023 going up to the 10th book.</p> <p>Current Schedule: 2 chapters a week. 5000 words per chapter or more.</p>
