<p> <strong> Life had been miserable for Grit so much that it made him wonder if he was the only one that has it. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> Grit. He was especially named by his father a certain word on a dictionary because he was their hope. But a certain incident shattered it all. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> The bloodline of their family was a very coveted existence. Countless people had hunted them down like animals, sold them as slaves, and even ate their meat just because it was rumored to increase a person's lifespan. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> Despite that heavily painful ordeal their bloodline experienced, they still fought back and managed to hide. For decades, peace befell upon these pitiful races called Cells of Demiurge. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> It all just fell apart one day, and Grit was only 11 by then. All of humanity had grouped together and enacted a "cleansing" as they call it. Thousands of their kind was slaughtered and only Grit was left, all alone in a world that was rotten to its core. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> That world was called Earth. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> Several thousands of years had passed by from the age of modernization. Magic was founded, creatures suddenly appeared, Gods bestowed their power, and all hell broke loose. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> Grit despised this world. He remembered every single face of the monsters that hunted them down. A few decades have passed, he finally became the predator and massacred the whole of humanity singlehandedly. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> No one was spared. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> And by the time he finished, a red world appeared in his eyes like he had just woken up from a dream. The so-called Earth had become a barren wasteland. Rivers were died with blood, mangled corpses scattered all over the place, and a towering mountain was in the middle of it all. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> Grit was looking down from above wanting to end it all. But how? </strong> </p> <p> <strong> He had no more reason to live. The man who dedicated himself towards revenge has reached his goal, but he felt nothingness. Only a feeling of loneliness and silence. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> He only had one wish and that was to leave this place and be born anew. He wished to change and experience the joy that he was supposed to experience together with his childhood. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> As if granting that wish, a small ball that carried insurmountable power flashed through in-between his eyes. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> Just like a puppet that had its strings cut, he fell down the mountain together with the corpses he slayed. </strong> </p> <p> <strong> Grit who experienced this felt his mind go blank. Silently, he died. Together with the whole of humanity. </strong> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> <strong> A pitiful soul that only knew how to kill. Like a child that lost his way. Follow Grit as he protects his home in a foreign world that was brimming with danger, and nevertheless filled with endless adventure. Armed with the ways of killing, will he truly change for a better tomorrow? Or will he stick to his ways and be the judge and jury of this world? </strong> </p>
