<p>Former World Class British Butler, Arthur Goodman, had never been so miserable as he was now, retired and in a bland, lifeless care facility. He lingered in the world without any strength to move, any memory with which to remember his grandchildren and was robbed of any hope of reprieve from his melancholic depression by the unstoppable nature of the march of time. He is, after all, just another old man at that stage in his life where death is seemingly around every corner.</p> <p>However, when the system arrives and Earth is integrated into its web of worlds, Arthur finds his strength and wits miraculously restored. His world is once again enlighted by the light of purpose, as his mind recovers the sense of service that he had felt as a younger butler. Driven by this desire to serve, and the need to protect and provide for his only surviving grandchild, Lucas, he leaves the recently conquered Earth.</p> <p>He will travel across the universe, across the whole multi-verse, all in search of a worthy master to serve in and amongst the infinite stars.
