<p> During the year 2023, scientists had invented Asterium, a resource that could defy the laws of nature itself and turn everything humanity knew possible on it's head. A resource that could serve as a catalyst for supernatural occurrences to happen, it allowed people to gain powers such as superhuman strength and depending on the person's resonance with Asterium, can even perform acts of magic. With technological advancements and research, the resource was processed and was turned into weapons of terror, to the point that the nations had decided it to be too dangerous for war and was thereby banned. Of course, they couldn't pass up on the prospect of having this resource used for advancements, they decided that the resource was developed in a neutral area where researchers could study it even more while cultivating the talents of the people who could use them. And so, Academy city was born. </p> <p> </p> <p> It was the year 2056 when a researcher of academy city had made a breakthrough that allowed a select few to wield unparalleled power. The Aurelia allowed the select few to see the world through the lens of the great heroes, bestowing upon them powers dreamt and fantasized by many from the tales and epics of old. But at the same time, darkness brew deep inside the city of dreams as even more and more conspiracies and vigilanties made their way in from both outside and inside. </p> <p> </p> <p> Now, the year 2056 is when a boy named Haku, a secret agent for a double sided logistics company, seeking revenge against the city's higher ups, decides to continue his path of vengeance while...... going to school? Finding himself in requirement of an alibi by his company, he enrolls in one of the seven most prestigious academies of academy city, the academy most known for fostering students with a code of chivalry and justice. Now having to live as both a life amongst knights and crime, his story comes to a start. </p> <p> </p>
