At the toll of midnight, The Wizard Wars of 1439 exploded into motion with the death of a messenger pigeon carrying a take-out order for leg of lamb. Artimus decides to go the diner instead, and accidentally stumbles on the lead hostess's most powerful luck charm: a living frog.</p> <p>Amber's frog has been stolen, and she is calling on every favor to find it. As more favors are called, she is finding out that being the most beloved hostess for an extremely infamous diner is more than she bargained for.</p> <p>Meanwhile, Frances has recently learned that he will be transformed into a pinecone. He's just not sure how or when. Pinecone Frances has recently learned something as well: The city's docks will be hosting multiple cosmic horrors... and they all have their pre-emptive paperwork in order.</p> <p>Centuries in the future, Tsi would rather host cosmic horrors than her father. That is why Mac will be hosting instead. Mac would rather rather demolish his house than host her father... another fae contract couldn't hurt.</p> <p>A sentiment not shared by Zip, who has just realized that the massive crystal over Neo-historic London might be coming down soon.
