<p>Dash is a man haunted by his past mistakes. Forced to wander by a curse that he brought upon himself, Dash searches for answers, for a cure, for meaning in a world filled with violence and desperation.</p> <p>An endangered village and a mysterious monster attack could be new clues to old mysteries. He must set aside his old habits and trust new companions to have his back as he sets out to protect the village. Things aren't that simple though. The trail lead to the Labyrinth, a place few are willing to brave, and from which even fewer return.</p> <p>____</p> <p>This is a rewrite of Absolution's Road, a writeathon fic I did a couple years ago. While this isn't litrpg or gamelit, there are progression elements and an interesting magic system that I try pretty hard to not gush about through the whole thing. I have no idea what the posting schedule will be, as this is mostly a project to finish this story and get it completed and out into the world, but I'll try to have a couple chapters out per week.</p>
