The night was dark and long, there were no stars nor moon illuminating the way. Looking at the dark horizon one had the fleeting sensation of seeing many things: forgotten idols, lost giants, monsters from the abyss of consciousness. The next moment nothing, only darkness, void and silence. There was something calling him affar, it was driving mad, it had bringed him here, into those forsaken lands. He didn't know what it was, a longing? a hope? an illusion? a vision? a cry? Yet he advanced into those dark waters guided only by it. Would this call ever be heed?

This is a collection of short stories that I have written, they primarily deal with themes of change, renewal and struggle.

- [Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] The cover is a particular of Los Entering the Grave by William Blake
