<p> 2047, A year taught in history as the day the old world ended. Nations across the world engaged in Nuclear warfare that ravaged the surface of the planet. Earth's total population was reduced by 90% in the span of a few hours. The remaining 10% lived underground for 10 years before making the journey topside. Once topside, they came to learn of enhanced metals and minerals as a direct consequence of the nuclear radiation. </p> <p> 200 years later, humanity has rebuilt, bigger and better than ever before. Thanks to the acquisition of these nuclear powered materials, technology advanced far greater than what they thought was possible. Humanity built cities, hundreds of stories high. Entire ecosystems were created and placed atop these grand cities. The rich and wealthy no longer had any reason to go to the surface again. If you had the means, the top floors were paradises that left you never wanting again. </p> <p> For everyone else, it was a fight to climb each floor of these cities to live a life away from poverty and death. The true owners of this new world feared the filthy dredges of humanity coming to dirty their new utopias. So they began to employee those that they would call cleaners. </p> <p> Samael is one such cleaner. A cleaner that works for his owners without question. A man that finishes each and every job perfectly. But Samael's life will take a drastic turn when he is presented with a job that will place him in the upper echelons of society. Will Samael be able to assimilate with those who have never seen the dirt of the planet that they were born on? Probably not, but Samael is not one to fail a job. No matter how dangerous it might be. </p>
