<p>Brighand just became captain of his own spaceship due to all his other crewmembers dying of disease. Problem is that every other scavenger is now avoiding him because they think it's contagious, leaving him to venture out and scavenge in the remnants of an old spaceship battle alone. As it's been combed over for hundreds of years, surely there's nothing left to uncover but scrap.</p> <p>Status: 17k words into a new rewrite that's starting before the events of chapter 1. Noticed some inconsistency in terms used so I also made a rough glossary. Almost at the point where chapter 1 starts. May 4th, 2023. Blame Wasteland 3, Monster Hunter Rise, and Victoria 3 for how long it's taking to rewrite.</p>
