<p>It'd been eight years since the world came to an end. On a normal day, as the clock hit noon, the sky was split in two and monsters poured into the earth. Those that survived the initial impact would be turned into a Unit, and they would play out in the many Scenarios those from beyond set for them. Their lives would be turned into a game, and it would end in bloodshed. And it did.</p> <p>But as Alex laid bleeding, with half her body missing, she dearly wished that her life had gone differently. The next thing she knew, she was back in her old apartment room, sleeping in a bed she hadn't slept on for eight years.</p> <p>She had another chance. One more chance for a prophecy.
