Let me start by saying that this is my first attempt at writing that ever got further than a synopsis and rough outlines of one or two important characters. I cannot guarantee quick updates, but I will try my best to give you at least one per week. Now, onto the synopsis! ~~~~~

Long ago, the 7 gods were active. The Human God, the Dragon God, the Demon God, the Beast God, the Nature God, the Water God, and the Sky God. They were together in their realm, part of the universe you know and yet also separate from it. Each had a planet within their realm, and each planet had a single sentient species in the form desired by that planet’s god. The gods had worked together to create these planets and races, sharing their powers and ideas, so there were certain commonalities between the planets and races.

The sentient species knew of their gods and worshipped them for the glorious worlds and their own creation, and they in turn were blessed. Miracles weren’t myth, magic was abundant, and those chosen by their god could even travel the worlds. Despite their differences there was cooperation and peace between worlds and races, for the most part, and the gods looked upon their work with joy and satisfaction.

7,000 years ago this ended. The worlds were struck by calamities, the gods’ voices could no longer be heard, and the races despaired thinking they had been forsaken for committing some unknowable offence. But they persevered, kept surviving, even prospering, and eventually came to view the time of gods as myth, if it was even remembered at all.

Now there is movement. Something has changed, or is changing. What was lost regains hope of being found. What should be forgotten fears being remembered. What was in slumber begins to stir…
