And I can only write in so many places at once. </p> <p> For time immemorial, there have existed two types of people: those who are chosen, and those who are not. </p> <p> Against humanity exists the Demons, creatures of dark who threaten the very existence of mankind. Every year, one individual—from millions—is chosen as a Hero to fight off the demons and protect humanity. </p> <p> Lifting the mighty weapon of Aegis, the Chosen One does battle with the Immortal King's forces. He protects the Unchosen—the regular, everyday human—from the threat that even the lowest demons pose. </p> <p> For time immemorial, humans have always relied on the Chosen One as a beacon of hope and guidance. As is prophesized, it is the Chosen One's destiny to eventually do battle with the Immortal King of Demons and emerge victoriously. </p> <p> However, there exists another, less known, aspect of the prophecy. From the endless sea of Unchosen, a human will emerge. He will be motivated by petty jealousy and rage, and he will go against the hero and even side with the demons simply to satiate his own egomaniacal lust for power. </p> <p> This insidious individual is known as the Unchosen One, and he is a threat that must be stamped out at all costs. </p> <p> On a day like any other, a human is to be chosen… </p>
