They risk their lives and charge straight into the supernatural events known as Torments in order to protect the lives of the innocents. Yet they themselves are known to be unstable. Morana is one such hunter, and in the her latest expedition to investigate a supernatural event at the edge of the Lands Inside she finds and rescues person suffering deep within the storm.</p> <p>Dear reader,sometimes times are tough - and exploring those times is what this story is about. I don't know if you'll enjoy reading this, or even if the story is any good. What I can promise is that I'm pouring my heart out writing this, putting as much of my feelings as I can into every word I write. I like to get into the head of the characters I write, to understand their motivations and their reasons for doing things.Please understand that one of the major themes of this story is depression, and it may often lean into other psychological themes, all wrapped in a high fantasy world of monsters and adventure with a deterministic magic system. I also hope to maintain a rather fast pace. If this sounds interesting to you, I hope I manage to live up to your expectations.
