From the moment that you set foot on this island, youve been part of a new set of rules. Rules that do not exist on the outside, but neither do the outsides Rules reach here, this is the new world after all.

Before you proceed any further i would like to inform you of a few small things.

I do not know what you have heard or read about this city, but most of the things the media tells you would have you believe that the streets are lined with trees that are full of bullet holes scorched from all the cigarete smoke. Most of that is pure paranoia and reporters claiming to have seen the 'truth' of this city. Let me tell you this, the truth they think they know and the truth the people here know is like comparing chocolate to white chocolate, you know. Besides we dont actually have any trees on the streets, but thats beyond the point.

This is the new world, its the safest place to be, aslong as you limit your curiosity to daydreaming.

Please dont act so confused. You thought that a New world meant more freedom?

People will never have The 'Freedom' that they desire, not unless they are willing to abandon both worlds, the new and the old…

But you are not completely wrong, there are only three rules around here, well three rules that anyone bothers to follow. The first is 'Dont bother and dont get bothered'. The second is 'Dont get eaten'. And lastly..
