Franklin Richards observes the known universes and sees a ripple slowly altering and destroying timelines, knowing he cannot fix it himself because of what changes he may inflict on the timelines finds a human male called Oliver Smith and gives him a mission to fix the timeline while bestowing him abilities to help him survive and fix the damage that has been caused in universe 199999 overwise known as the MCU.
