To disturb a dragon's nest, so to speak.

Born brown as mud, both dirty and bleak

But in six colors, they come to be..."

An abandoned dragon hatchling.

Without parental bonding, it cannot develop its Jewel. Without its Jewel, it cannot develop its identity. Without its identity, it cannot command respect. Without respect, it will die.

Unless there is another way.

Fight. With tooth and claw.

Survival comes to the fittest in the world of dragons. Kill or be killed is the natural law.

I am lost, but I am alive.

I will fight, and I will survive.

I will consume, and I will rise.

I am dragon.
