In the world of Chaoris, the Mythicka, Magicka and Humans live in perfect harmony... Which means there are no wars going on currently. Shifters are the most common species among the mythica. We use our magic to shapeshift into a beast, usually a lupine. But there are also a few of us who are more powerful, Mythica who don't need magic to shift. They are something much more primal called Lycans.

These Lycans... they are ruthless, volatile and one full-blooded Lycan is enough to bring a whole pack of normal shifters to their knees. The Lycans, Alphas, Betas and the gammas are at the top. Anybody ranking lower than a Delta is marked as a prey. In a world filled with mythical creatures, you are either a predator at the top or a prey at the bottom of the chain. And me? Well, I'm neither. I'm just an omega trying to earn enough to stay alive.
