Caedmon finds himself plunged into the world of the new MMORPG Dragon of Lore Online, a place of monsters, strange creatures, and magic. Yet while the game allowed him to log out any time he wanted, the world he finds himself in is very real—and very deadly.

As a druid Caedmon will have to work twice as hard to survive in a land blighted by demon lords and ancient liches. While other classes can rely on brute force, he must use his wits and skill against the terrifying threats he faces.

He quickly encounters others who have been summoned to this strange land and finds himself swept up in events that may threaten the very world itself. Surrounded by dubious allies and enemies, he knows his only hope lies in reaching maximum level as quickly as possible to survive this dangerous world.
