Torana is a fantasy story following the titular mage as she runs from her past and its associated bounty hunters with her companion, Osran. In travelling to the town of Kersterren, she aims to keep a rendezvous with a ship that will take her to a new life. Her pursuers, however, will not allow her to flee so easily.

The second short story set in my world of Esthia, we see an alternate way in which magic can be wielded and the drawbacks inherent to it.
