Who doesn't daydream about crafting a better world? Ruling the unthinking masses with an iron fist? Crushing all who would oppose them?

...Most people, quite frankly. Gareth, however, is not most people.

When an asteroid crashes in the middle of the street and gives people powers, Gareth is finally able to begin realizing his daydreams. Unfortunately for everyone involved, getting a power is rather unpleasant, and Gareth tends to avoid unpleasantness.

But hey, who needs a power when you have the things that give powers?
