The world was ravaged by a man-made disaster. Humanity was overrun with a virus creating the undead but along with the undead came those who began to experience new abilities. Some were granted more strength than humanely possible. Some were able to manipulate fire or create spinning blades of wind. Despite this, the virus adapted by creating newer monsters constantly keeping humanity on its toes. So much so that one of the undead began to...think.
