Flyte Tenner was a weak mage with almost passing skills which were sure to grow with time. The problem was that he was born in a country with a king who feared magic enough to forbid it to all but select few indoctrinated citizens.

Ander Palenus used to be a leader in a massive war against an innocent country, but the same king who forbade magic realized just how disloyal he was and imprisoned him.

Soon after they met in the poorest of situations, the world seemed to crumble for a moment, and both were gifted a great opportunity to finally gain all of the meager things they desired.

And all they would have to do to reap their rewards is fight their way through hundreds, if not thousands of undead soldiers summoned by a very powerful mage.

I'm putting in The graphic violence tag just to be safe, I don't really think that anyone is going to be traumatized by what I write (at least, anyone but the characters in the story).
