A vampire is awoken alone and afraid. Their progenitor lay dead beside them, a silver crossbow bolt to the heart and a silver cross buried in their forehead. The fledgling must now survive without their protector and master. Other creatures seek their destruction for fear of what they could become, and the vampire hunters are still out there somewhere. Yet, worse of all, are the other Vampires.
