In this story, there are crystals all over the world from which people gain power and which the police strictly guard. The police are fighting against people who oppose them and want a more peaceful world, even though none of them know about actual peace.

The main character comes from Japan and his name is Hayagi. Because of the things that happened when Hayagi was little, he decided to become stronger and find friends with whom he would go on huge adventures to reach his main goal, which is to kill the mysterious man who killed his brother.
