Anne is the last practicer of a forgotten craft, bookmancy. However, before giving up and allowing the book arts to disappear in the river of time, she will fight in the small border town of Mountainend, armed only with her years of training, and of course, a good collection of books.

This is a fantasy novel with all the traditional points, magic, fantastic races (elves, dwarves, beastkin…), battles, and progression. But with a different touch brought by our Bookmancer.

It focuses on the progression of several characters 'counseled' by Anne in the bookstore, while she herself grows as a person, a bookmancer, and a storeowner. Since it's a world of magic, books will also gain magical properties expanding the possibilities of the normal bookstore. I promise you bookmancy is more than meets the eye.
