That happened over 400 years ago. In this parallel world, somehow different from ours, society is falling apart. Tensions between the west and the east are at their peak. The much feared and predicted racial conflict finally broke out on the day of the assassinations of several personalities and the terrorist attacks led by indigenous armies. Liberals versus conservatives. East versus West. All rivalries possibles were in conflict.

To deal with that crisis, an organization has been founded: The Neon Horizon. It was a Union of fighters, revolutionists and adventurers. With the knowledge of war and magic, they stopped the war after a century. Neon Horizon was later made one of the most important societies of the world.

Yuri Kircheisen had her family mysteriously murdered in their mansion, and believes it is a conspiracy. To unravel the secrets of the Kircheisen's murder case, she's ready to sell her soul to the Devil. But the task is not easy, as she has to become a member of the Neon Horizon –an SS- in order to have access to several secrets, and that's a deadly undertaking on its own.

Two other protagonists, Ren and Akira, leave their country -Hi No Kuni- in the hope of finding a way to kill their benefactor, the one who gave them a home and took care of them... At the request of the latter. They then leave for an adventure. And their first step: The Neon Horizon. It is there that several extraordinary destinies cross paths...
