They say Pokémon Trainers have always had this knack of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Arthur Pendragon must have this universal trait cranked up to eleven. So much, in fact, that people are having a lot of trouble figuring out if he either causes or correlates with the chaos around him and, by proxy, everyone that meets him. It doesn't help that he is also a reincarnated person who happened to be a huge fan of Pokémon and Digimon and Bakugan and Monsuno.

If fact, why does the world even have Ki!? Well, it doesn't matter; he will have fun in this and maybe try to be the best later in life. Well, the real reason Arthur never tried to become the best that ever was he was too busy resisting the temptation to be a playboy. Who thought that raising a boy with attractive, clingy, demanding girls would result in a well-adjusted young man?
