My name is Bill Morgans. It's been six years since my last night behind bars and two weeks since I left the comforts of home and family behind forever. For some time after being freed from prison, I spent my days wandering aimlessly through different towns and cities with nothing to keep me grounded other than my father's gold. Then I came across an old acquaintance, a sailor by trade. He had recently returned from an extended voyage and needed help with his ship as well as new crew members for an even greater and more profitable one.

I joined his crew in hopes of starting a new one, only to find myself surrounded by noble daughters of the famously rich and powerful Lord Sheldon, Roxy, Zoe, and Luna. I feared it would be a rather awkward journey, but that would be doing the story a disservice. Instead of traveling the uncharted waters of the South Seas, the ship found itself stuck in the middle of a horrific storm, a sea creature, and a whirlpool.

Stranger than that, after I had accepted that death was coming I woke to find myself in the presence of three rather familiar-looking demon women on an island that moves… ?

This story is being written for the Royal Road Community Magazine based on the writing prompt: "Uncharted Waters"

It is meant to be written in the style of a 19th Century Romance so think anything by Jane Austen, while also incorporating the themes of modern-day harem stories with a comedic spin of having a horribly unreliable narrator. This is my first attempt writing in this style so please bear with me.
