In a world filled with Gods and superhumans, Taiven is just mundane. A teen from a small village in the middle of nowhere, with no hope, no future and no power.

His mind is filled with fables, tales of Heroes from the Old World. He trains day and night, fantasizing that one day he might join their legendary ranks.

Taiven dreams of becoming Blessed and receiving a power, but dreams alone will not be enough. In order to save the world, he'll first have to endure hell.

For the New World shows no mercy to the weak.
