700 years have passed since Earth transitioned. When the change happened, the people of the planet started developing powers. These events threw their world into chaos. Only in recent years have they recovered from the damages that their ancestors have done.

Acero is an orphan and the son of a prostitute. He and his adoptive sister, Sola, were forced to leave their quiet village when a noble from another nation tried to kill them. Struggling to figure out what to do with his life and keeping an eye on his ambitious sister, he must grow stronger and gain Levels to accomplish both.

However, rumors of war and the selfish goals of the people around him won't make his path easy. Even if giving up is always an option for him, his curiosity keeps his feet moving.

Though, curiosity alone may not be enough to survive in the harsh world he lives in.
