Xiao Lee is the most talented cultivator in the history of Xenus. After ascending at twenty five, he goes on to meet a heaven that is not quite what he expected. Like why do these immortals have a strange obsession with things like rights and equality, why do they speak about the Emperor(president?) with such disrespect. And what the heck do they mean by cultivating license. But XIao Lee has overcome impossible odds before and nothing will stop him from getting to the peak, especially not some stupid documents or a beautiful fairy. R-right?

There will be two main characters but Xiao Lee will have majority of the screen time. SO the POV changes will be limited to just two and an occasional addition.
