Meet Joe. When Joe died, he did not expect a screen to appear, inviting him to join the world of Illuminaria. By accepting, he joins a fantasy RPG-like world, with stats, skills, monsters, and quests. Joe is that average guy. He makes mistakes. He ambles through his first days, just happy, after years of being trapped in a dying body. Eventually, Joe finds his footing and will grow to become a real hero, but this story is not a race. It is about the journey to get there and the hardships and joys of this brand-new world.
If you are expecting a fast-paced / high-powered progression story, this one is probably not for you.
