I've created a massive world with my Elan stories: 19 novels | 4 series | 3,000 years of history | millions of words. All the books take place in the same world (Elan) and many of the characters are found in more than one series. Because the world is so expansive, I'm creating this dossier which will be a quick reference for names, places, events, and other reference material (such as book recaps) which can be used by people when they need a refresher on older works before starting the most recent book).
