When his uncle Galad is taken from him, Crow must leave home and journey to the island of Udrebam. There, he enters the sieve, a prestigious competition where children engage in brutal magical combat to obtain the coveted Eclipse's Nectar. This powerful reward may grant Crow the ability to rescue his uncle someday. However, in this foreign land, he realizes that achieving his goals won't be as easy as he once thought. Competitors in Udrebam are older and more skilled in magic than him. Along his journey, Crow forms unlikely alliances, encounters renowned figures, tests his physical limits, and strains his relationship with his sister, all in pursuit of his singular goal. This book explores the nuances, and possible selfishness, of selflessness, offering a thought-provoking perspective on the true nobility of a quest. It also delves into the social ramifications of a world divided between those born with the ability to manipulate reality through magic and those forced to compete without it.

The Book of End's End: Fighting Dogs is a novel which has been in the making for five years by Baxter and Skafflock, the chapters will be posted on Royal Road once every two days at minimum with special occasions calling for faster releases.
