Azarus, a newborn god, is trapped in a game where he must guide his chosen Champion(s) through a series of Trials. Robbed of his rightful power and pestered by exploitive screens, Azarus must discover what he is the god of, manage his Champion's murderous impulses, and compete against a mysterious pantheon for the title [King of the Gods]. To do so, he is forced to play the game, experimenting with Classes, Skills, and Boons to enhance his Champion's natural abilities.

What to expect:

Gritty —> No power fantasy here, but not exactly grimdark either.

Roguelite —> The game system is based off of the Roguelite game genre. Characters are tasked with defeating a Tower, consisting of a series of Trials set in different worlds. If they fail at any point, they must return to the beginning and try again. You can expect each new attempt to feature different Classes and worlds, but also to maintain certain themes and character arcs.

Litrpg —> Classes, Skills, Character Selection, Boons, and more! Light on the numbers, heavy on the progression.
