For Spartan, a young boy left alone at an early age, survival was everything. So, he gathered a group of friends to protect each other and make life on the streets easier. However, after some time, he decided to pursue a greater goal that would lead him away from the streets and his friends.

He wanted to set out into the world and find his long-lost parents.

But this isn't the world we are used to. It's a world from the near future where a mysterious Pit opened up in the central mainland. From it crawled out waves of demons, and magical anomalies and cataclysms shook the world. It was the downfall of civilization as we knew it. But from the destruction arose a chance for change.

The Pit contains special gems that can grant magical abilities. And so, fifty years after the Pit first opened, legendary people whose power surpassed even the wildest of imagination have changed the world.
